Bulk Campaign Link Management: UTM, Short Links and Dead-Link Checks
The problem with one link at a time
Most sellers build campaign links by hand, one per channel. The result: facebook, Facebook and fb all appear in your reports as three different sources, and nobody trusts the attribution. Bulk link management fixes the naming problem first, then the volume problem.
Step 1: fix the naming convention
Pick lowercase, underscore-separated values and write them down: utm_source = platform, utm_medium = cpc / email / social, utm_campaign = offer + month. Generate every link for a campaign in one pass with the UTM Builder batch panel.
Step 2: shorten for the channels that need it
Bio links, SMS and print need short URLs. Drop the whole list into the URL Shortener batch panel and export the mapping as CSV so the team can find the original later.
Step 3: verify before you spend
A dead link on a paid campaign is money on fire. Run the final list through the Link Checker before launch, and again after any site migration.
Step 4: reuse the set
Keep one sheet per campaign with source, medium, campaign, short URL and status. Next launch, duplicate the sheet and change only the campaign value — that is how attribution stays comparable quarter over quarter.
Automate the whole loop
Our Affiliate Launch Pack chains these three tools: build → shorten → QR, with each step pre-filled from the previous one.
